A company called Inner Mongolia Rare Earth Raw Materials Co., Ltd. will be established in Baotou of Inner Mongolia, northwestern China. The company will unify the exports of rare earth raw materials in order to solve the predicament of the "rare earth capital" having no say in rare earth pricing due to the price competition between domestic producers.

"Rare earth should have a good selling price and will not do only to get a soil price, " said An Sihu, Assistant Director of Baotou Rare Earth High-Tech Zone Management Committee.
