THIS Wednesday is the 25th No Smoking Day, making it the longest running tobacco control campaign in the UK.
A lot has been achieved in the previous 24 years and No Smoking Day has developed into a highly successful campaign - last year, 55% of people in the UK were aware of the day and more than a million smokers made some kind of quit attempt.
We are also approaching the first anniversary, on April 2, of the smoke-free legislation coming into effect in Wales.
These two anniversaries are a great reason for smokers ...
