A Syracuse man remained in jail Sunday, accused of beating his wife and endangering their 1-month-old child.
Luis A. Rosado, 35, of 80 Presidential Plaza, was charged at 6:20 a.m. Saturday with assault and unlawful imprisonment, both felonies, according to a Syracuse police report. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, all misdemeanors.
His wife, Sara Castro, 30, told police he was intoxicated and threatened to kill her and himself, Sgt. Tom Connellan said. He knocked her to the floor while the baby was in her arms, police said. He also ...
