Jeffrey Pfeifle will leave J. Crew Group as president on Feb. 1. He has been the number-two executive under Millard "Mickey" Drexler since 2003. He and Drexler have worked together for more than 15 years. While they were both at Gap Inc., they collaborated on the rollout of Old Navy in the '90s. Before that, he was with Polo Ralph Lauren. J. Crew said there are no plans to name a successor and Pfeifle's duties will be assumed by other members of the management team.
