MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Brainerd International, Inc. (Nasdaq: BIRI) announced that a meeting of its shareholders will be held at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Minnetonka, Minn. at 9:30 a.m. on November 21, 1995. At the meeting, shareholders of record as of October 20, 1995, will be asked to approve the acquisition of The Colonel's, Inc. by Brainerd International, Inc. in exchange for the issuance of 23,500,000 shares of the common stock of Brainerd International, Inc.
