The Femco CNC lathe model HL-25 DMS is designed for high speed precision turning and milling applications. It features the Durga 23-station, twin-disc turret and subspindle for increased productivity. The Durga turret provides quick setup times and fast chip-to-chip tool changes, the company says. This twin-disc turret allows for 12 tools for OD turning and 11 tools for ID turning. All ID tool stations can be equipped with radial and axial power-driven tools for maximum turning and milling versatility.
