Alseres Pharmaceuticals Inc., of Hopkinton, Mass., said data from preclinical studies of the company's nerve repair candidate, Inosine, and DAT Blocker product candidates from its neurodegeneration program were presented at the American Society for Experimental NeuroTherapeutics conference in Arlington, Va. One presentation highlighted the results of a central nervous system (CNS) microdialysis study measuring the levels of Inosine in the brain during intravenous infusion of high concentrations of Inosine.
