St David's 2, currently under construction in Cardiff's city centre, is one of the UK's major city developments and when complete in 2009 will include Wales' first John Lewis, 93 new shops, 21 restaurants and cafes, a new central library, 304 luxury apartments and 3,000 new car parking spaces.
But that's not all. It also includes a major public art programme for Cardiff, sponsored by the St David's Partnership a joint venture between Land Securities and Capital Shopping Centres (CSC), the developers behind the project.
