Article: Italian meatballs with tomato sauce.(Life)

Most South Africans have their version of this homely recipe, but you will find different flavours in the Italian recipe. This is best made the day before, reheated and served with broad pasta ribbons.

Meatballs:

180ml (three-quarter cup) olive oil

1 large onion, finely chopped

100g pine nuts, roughly chopped

3 cloves garlic, crushed

40g fresh parsley, chopped
