WARSAW. MARCH 14. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Poland's negotiating position at a European level has been undermined by an internal dispute over a bill to ratify the Lisbon Treaty, Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Friday, following the meeting with other heads of state or government of the Union's member countries.
