A refinance agreement has saved Neverland Ranch from the auction block.
Michael Jackson has worked out a deal with Fortress Investment Group to retain ownership of the property in Los Olivos, Calif.
The 2,500-acre ranch was scheduled for a public auction later this month because the King of Pop owed $24.5 million on the estate.
"Neverland and MJ are fine," Jackson's attorney told The Associated Press.
It's not clear whether Jackson will keep Neverland. He has not lived there since he was acquitted of child molestation charges in 2005.
