Oshkosh West coach Niki Sutter didn't care that her team made just four field goals and shot 22.2 percent in the first half.
She had a backup plan.
"We talked (at halftime) about attacking more ... and trying to get to the free throw line a little bit more," said Sutter, whose Wildcats led Brookfield Central by one at halftime of their WIAA Division 1 girls state semifinal Friday.
And Krista Pelky executed the plan to perfection, going 7-for-7 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter to push Oshkosh West to a 41-29 win and into today's championship game against Milwaukee Vincent ...
