Del Webb Hospital recently topped out an $86 million patient tower on Sun Health's campus in Sun City West, Ariz. Designed by the Los Angeles office of RTKL, Baltimore, the 175,000-sf tower will position the hospital to better accommodate the surrounding community's rapid growth; Population is expected to more than double to 250,000 people within 10 years. As a result, the six-story patient tower will feature flexible shell space that can be built out when demand increases.
