BEIJING, March 17 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- China Finance, Inc., a provider of financial support and services for China's large and rapidly expanding class of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), today announced that it has been reinstated as a corporation in good standing in the state of Utah, following the company's successful appeal of its earlier administrative dissolution. The reinstatement was ordered on March 5, 2008, effective as of November 16, 2007 (the date on which the company originally requested reinstatement).
