In the last issue we reported that Douglas Publications was for sale.
Alan Douglas says that's no longer true: "Given the hot acquisition market in 2007, Douglas Publications LLC retained DeSilva and Phillips in 2007 to explore and review all of our strategic alternatives. We concluded that it was in our best interest to obtain additional capital for growth of the business and acquisitions and are doing so.
