SIR TREVOR BROOKING believes the Football Association had to act to address the bad behaviour which is "damaging the game at all levels" with a new record pounds 200million investment into the grassroots of the sport over the next five years.
The FA conducted the largest public consultation in their history as the governing body canvassed some 37,000 people to help generate the new National Game Strategy 2008-2012.
