A DELEGATION from the Cairncastle Ulster Scots Festival and the Broadisland Gathering in Ballycarry has briefed East Antrim MP Sammy Wilson on their concerns for the future development of the two major Ulster Scots events.
The seven-strong delegation was headed by Dr David Hume MBE, festival director of the Broadisland Gathering and Bobby Acheson, chairman of the Cairncastle Ulster Scots Festival.
They met Mr Wilson, who was accompanied by Alistair Ross MLA and Councillor Gregg McKeen, deputy mayor of Larne.
