Crosby Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of the funds of funds product range and ratings service of Forsyth Partners, which went in to administration in September.. Helen Burggraf
The Forsyth operation, now a wholly-owned Crosby subsidiary, has been rebranded Crosby Forsyth, while the ratings operation formerly run by Forsyth and also acquired by Crosby will be known as Crosby Forsyth Research, according to Steve Fletcher, chief operating officer.
In announcing the rebrand, Crosby also said it had also decided to restructure and redefine its relationship with Techpacific Capital, a Hong Kong-based company that owns 82.33 per cent of Crosby's ...
