IN THE 10 MONTHS SINCE THE EUREKA Springs City Council created a "domestic partnership registry," which allows even same-sex couples to obtain a public document recognizing their relationships, the Victorian hamlet in the shadow of the Christ of the Ozarks has attracted some serious flak.
