ARKANSAS OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR Paul Petrino had no doubt.
Weeks before the Feb. 6 National Signing Day, Petrino became convinced the Razorbacks would land their top high school prospect. Never mind Central Arkansas Christian receiver/defensive back Joe Adams was orally committed to Southern California. Petrino wasn't concerned that Adams had only recently become publicly interested in Arkansas.
