Every year toward the end of April, cheese lovers look forward to a rather "cheesy "event - a festival showcasing the cream of South African cheese. This year readers of the Pretoria News and The Star are specially invited to share the expereince at the farm Bien Donne between Franschhoek and Paarl from April 25 to April 28.
And, for the first time, the Angela Day team will be there, daily demonstrating recipes using Lancewood and Fairview cheeses.
Visitors from far and wide visit the annual festival to experience not only the vast selection of cheese on offer but also to taste and buy all the things that marry well with cheese, such as freshly baked ...
