Ask any group of children to list their favorite foods and these three will no doubt land in the top 10.
But for children and adults with celiac disease, these foods, when made with gluten, are not only forbidden but dangerous.
Four years ago, the Rudd family of Brewerton got a crash course in celiac disease, also known as celiac sprue, when their children were diagnosed with the condition.
