Should I do an MBA or not? Should I choose a part-time course or a full-time one? Should it be in the United States, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or Asia? Is a top-name school the only way forward?
The questions assailing a possible MBA candidate are infinite, but the bottom line, graduates say, is to first look at why you want that particular degree. Once you know that, they say, the choice should be a little easier.
"You have to have a clear idea as to why you want to do an MBA before starting to look for a programme," said Clemens Schreiber, who finished an MBA in September 2007 from Cass Business School in London.
