The world's largest dairy show will be in Madison for at least the next three years.
The World Dairy Expo, a fixture here for 42 years, entered into a new three-year contract today to continue the show at Dane County's Alliant Energy Center grounds.
Mark Clarke, general manager for World Dairy Expo, and County Executive Kathleen Falk announced the deal today.
"Every fall, we become the cow capital of the world," Falk said, "hosting tens of thousands of visitors from across the globe."
The 2008 World Dairy Expo is scheduled to run Sept. 30 to Oct. 4.
