CHESHIRE trainer Lisa Williamson can't wait to saddle her first runner, Cornish Rebel, in the John Smith's Grand National at Aintree a week today.
Williamson reported the 11-year-old to be on course to take his chance in the 4m4f marathon next week.
Cornish Rebel, a full brother to triple Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Best Mate, was pulled up just before the 19th fence behind winner Silver Birch in last year's renewal when trained by champion Paul Nicholls.
