A cooperative effort between West Publishing and the University of Minnesota Law School has generated a one-of-a-kind human rights home page on the Internet. For the first time, efforts have been made to electronically organize and link important human rights documents. For people in the most remote areas of the world, the Internet site guarantees expanded access, free of charge and available 24 hours a day, to these materials.
