MONTREAL, Quebec--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 16, 1995--Quebecor Printing Inc. announces that it had received valid acceptances on its offer to acquire Ordinary shares of Hunterprint Group Plc ("Hunterprint") in respect of 49,577,951 Hunterprint Ordinary shares, representing approximately 85.46% of the issued Ordinary share capital of Hunterprint for a price of US $1.5 million.
No acceptances in respect of the Hunterprint Preference shares have been received.
Quebecor Printing further confirms that it has subscribed today, 7M pounds sterling (US $10.9 million) for 350 million new Hunterprint participating Preferred Shares at a price of 2.0p per share, which shares ...
