Surpassing its 2006 level of $11 billion, Newark, New Jersey-based Prudential Mortgage Capital Co.--the commercial mortgage lending business of Prudential Financial Inc., also based in Newark--announced that the company exceeded its 2006 record by originating $14.5 billion in loans.
Prudential Mortgage Capital sustained significant growth, increasing across its capital sources and rising from $11 billion in 2006 to $14.5 billion in 2007, according to David Twardock, president of Prudential Mortgage Capital Co.
