Shaun Johnson will finish his 20-year pro career in the Elite League play-off finals weekend

- after Newcastle Vipers progressed through a nerve-shredding quarter-final last night.

Vipers led Belfast Giants 5-3 from Saturday's clash in Dundalk, but lost 3-1 at home last night to tie the aggregate at 6-6 - only to dramatically win on penalty shots.
