SAINT PAUL, Minn., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The Sled Dogs Company (Nasdaq: SNOW), makers of Sled Dogs(TM) brand snow skates, announced today it has promoted Mary Horwath to Chief Operating Officer.
