Arlee Home Fashions is expected to purchase about $3 million of Decor Home Fashions' assets which will create a $20 million table linen resource. Arlee president Bud Frankel reported that the company will merge the Decor lines with its Table Trends division to create a new Table Trends/Decor unit. Arlee plans to relocate all of its tabletop production operations to a new facility in Missouri which will manufacture a number of products including table runners and napkins.
