NEW YORK--When Arlee's purchase of Decor Home Fashions' assets is complete, the result will be a $20 million table linen resource that will focus on fabric.

Arlee Home Fashions' purchase of about $3 million in Decor's assets from Nations Bank in New York could be signed as soon as today. As of press time, the deal was not final.

Arlee will merge Decor's business with its Table Trends division and the new unit will be known as Table Trends/Decor, said Bud Frankel, president of the $70 million company.
