WESTWOOD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 1995--GTE Card Services Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of GTE Information Services Inc., and Open Development Corp., a software developer for telecommunications service providers, announced a nationwide football sweepstakes to promote "Let's Talk Football" NFL GTE Prepaid Phone Cards.
GTE's Prepaid phone card and the administration of the consumer contest are both automated by openMEDIA Prepaid, a new prepaid calling card system built for high-volume applications by Open Development.
