Almost half aren't studying.(EDUCATION)(18-20-year-olds)(Brief article)

An analysis of data from the most recent Australian census indicates that close to half of Australia's 18-20-year-olds were not engaged in any form of education in 2006. Only half of those young people not engaged in education were working full time.
