An analysis of data from the most recent Australian census indicates that close to half of Australia's 18-20-year-olds were not engaged in any form of education in 2006. Only half of those young people not engaged in education were working full time. These findings were published in a report by Daniel Edwards and Bob Birrell from the Monash University Centre for Population and Urban Research in November 2007. According to the report, ...
