The 18-hole Sweep played over the Easter weekend at Brown Trout Golf Club was won by Clark Scott with a brilliant score of 44 points.
The 18 handicapper hit outstanding form from the start scoring 26 points over the opening nine, which he played in one over par. The highlight being a birdie 4 at the 5th. hole, Clark added a further 18 points to give him a winning margin of five points over runner-up Jimmy Kelly who returned nines of 18 and 21 for 39 points.
The tiebreaker was required to separate the next two players each scoring 36 points,Robert Orr with 18 points each nine edging Tommy McGowan out of the prizes, Tommy scored nines of 19 and 17.
