Global and local private companies are invited for first time to have a role in extending gas lines to alleviate burdens on the State and deliver gas as quickly as possible, said the Egyptian Petroleum Minister Sunday 30/3/2008. The Ministry's strategy aims at securing local market's needs of natural gas and boosting future development projects, said Sameh Fahmi during a meeting of the Egyptian Natural Gas Company (GASCO) general assembly.
