Ownership of downtown Little Rock's Block 2 development is a judge's signature away from formally changing.
LSF5 Block 2 LLC made the one and only bid, for $9 million, at a March 6 foreclosure sale.
The brief courthouse auction followed the affiliate of Lone Star U.S. Acquisition LLC of Dallas obtaining a judgment of more than $12.4 million against Block 2 Ltd., now led by Apollo Housing Capital of Cleveland.
You might recall that Lone Star paid more than $7.5 million for Block 2's long-delinquent HUD loan in 2007.
