NEW YORK--Arlee's Table Trends division has completed the purchase of Decor Home Fashions' assets from the bank. The sale was finalized last Monday.
"This is all part of our plan to broader the product mix we can deliver," said Bud Frankel, president of Arlee, "While we always had a presence as a table cloth, placement and napkin vendor, the addition of Decor really gives up a step up."
