Dhaka, Apr 4 (UNB) - Jamaat-e-Islami has condemned and protested the release of list of war criminals implicating its leaders.

Dr MA Hasan, convenor of War Crimes Facts Finding Committee, released a list of 1,597 war criminals at a press conference at the citys Dhanmondi on Thursday.

A number of Jamaat leaders, including its present Ameer Matiur Rahman Nizami and ex-Ameer Golam Azam, were named in the list.
