Schoolkids in Minnesota are buying nutritious lunches served by their school. That's what University of Minnesota researchers found out after studying five years of data for 330 Minnesota public school districts. Researchers studied how much students spent on lunches and discovered that sales did not decline when the menu included lots of fruits and vegetables.
