Longwood Country Lodge close to the Wairarapa town of Featherston is up for sale for the first time in 16 years as a freehold going concern.
Longwood was one of New Zealand's largest private homes and is the country homestead of Garrick Emms, marketing manager for the New Zealand Lodge Association and his wife Marguerite Tait-Jamieson. The couple not only raised a family there but substantially renovated the property and converted it into a luxury lodge.
