Norwegian shipping company Camillo Eitzen & Co ASA (OSE:CECO) said on Monday (7 April) that it has signed a preliminary agreement to sell the bulk vessels Sibulk Innovation and Sibulk Quality.

The combined sales price of USD145.5m will result in a profit of USD103m.

The Sibulk Innovation is 53,100 dwt and built in 2004. The Sibulk Quality is 55.700 dwt and built in 2005.
