14 contenders in Odesa Portside privatization - report

KYIV. April 8 (Interfax) - Fourteen companies have applied for information concerning the privatization sale of a 99.52% stake in Odesa Portside Plant (OPZ), the newspaper Delo reported.

Applications were received from OJSC Evrokhim (Moscow); OJSC Dniprazot (a Dniprodzerzhinsk company controlled by the co-owners of Privatbank); Alexander Yaroslavsky's OJSC Azot (Cherkasy); OJSC Stirol (Gorlovka); a company in RosUkrEnergo co-owner Dmytro Firtash's Vienna- registered Group DF, Estonian JSC Nitrofert; Norway's Yara International ASA and Konstantin Zhevago's Neftekhimimpex.
