KARACHI, April 9 Asia Pulse - Federal Minister for Water and Power Raja Pervez Ashraf said Monday that Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO) will provide 500 MW to Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) instead of the present commitment of 200 MW with immediate effect to provide instant relief to Karachiites.
He was speaking at a news briefing after chairing a high level meeting of Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC). Chairman KESC Naser Al-Marri and Secretary Water and Power Ismail Qureshi was also present on the occasion.
