Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH to Anchor Expansion
BALTIMORE, April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Prime Retail, one of the largest developers of outlet centers in the country, and a member of the Lightstone Group, announced today the company began a 90,000 square foot exterior expansion at its popular Prime Outlets - St. Augustine, Fla., location. The project will include three major changes:
1. The expansion will increase the size of the property by 35 percent.
When complete, Prime Outlets -- St. Augustine will feature
approximately 90 new and remerchandised stores with a gross leasable
area of 340,000 square feet.
