Manchester aldermen have agreed to sell two parking lots and a connector street to a developer hoping to renovate the historic Pandora mill.

The vote came after 1848 Associates, the company that owns the Pandora building, raised its offer to $1.52 million. That amount matches an offer made by its sole competitor for the lots, Brady Sullivan Properties.

The decision allows 1848 Associates to sell Pandora to a developer who has promised to renovate the long-vacant mill and build 91 to 104 apartments.
