The Village Health Centre, the only fully integrated medical centre in the Hawkes Bay town of Havelock North, is for sale by tender.
Built about eight years ago, the centre is a landmark building in the town and is also one of the most modern buildings, says Rollo Vavasour, of Bayleys Hawkes Bay who is marketing the property with colleague Eoin Carty.
The purpose-built centre houses the biggest medical practice in Havelock North with the L-shaped 1484sq m building accommodating a number of tenants on two levels, including the Te Mata Peak medical practice, Audiology Hawkes Bay, Cape Physio, an osteopathic practice and pharmacy.
