Counting on Frank furnishes students ages 8-12 practice in working on mathematical word problems involving the four basic operations. Although the main program is intended for individual use, some of the games can be played by pairs of students.
In this program, Henry and his dog Frank collect clues to determine the number of jelly beans in a jar. Clues are supplied when Henry solves a mathematics problem. Henry can be moved through several scenes; students can click on most objects in these scenes to view an animation.
