BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 1995--ZOLL Medical Corporation (NASDAQ/NMS: ZOLL) today reported revenues for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 1995 of $13,096,000, the highest quarterly revenues in the company's history.

Revenues were $12,962,000 for the fourth quarter last year. Net income was $293,000, or $.05 per share, compared to last year's fourth quarter figure of $657,000, or $.11 per share. In the fourth quarter the planned $2.6 million reduction in inventory from the third quarter caused a temporary increase in cost of sales and therefore a decrease in net income.
