Apr 13, 2008 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian-listed Great Southern has paid $A15.5 million for Theyona Station in the Northern Territory. The vendor, cattleman Bill Doyle, bought the 15,000 hectare property for just $A400,000 two decades ago. Theyona Station has a carrying capacity of 4,500 head of cattle.
