NEW YORK, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Virginia Public School Authority's $120,815,000 School Financing Bonds (1991 Resolution), Series 1995C are rated "AA" by Fitch. To be offered for bids Nov. 28, the bonds will be due Aug. 1, 1996-2016, and optionally callable beginning Aug. 1, 2005 at 102%. Bidders may designate term bonds with mandatory sinking fund redemption and the authority may increase each maturity by $250,000 up to a total of $2,500,000.
